Ms. Sheehan is the Executive Director of the Primrose School of Burlington. She has twenty years of experience working with children in multiple learning environments. She began her career in early childhood development as a Toddler teacher and soon moved into an Administrative role at a childcare center. Ms. Sheehan then chose to enter the field of Early Intervention specializing in working with special needs children between the ages of birth to three years old. For the last five years, Ms. Sheehan has been the Director of a large childcare facility – with a capacity of one hundred twenty students and a staff of thirty.
Ms. Sheehan earned her Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Early Childhood Development at Colby-Sawyer College in New Hampshire and has recently earned a Graduate Certificate (Leadership in Early Childhood Education) at Wheelock College in Boston, MA.
In her free time, Megan enjoys riding horses and spending time with her family. She can also be spotted at multiple hockey rinks each weekend with her husband of nine years, Glenn, watching their six year old son, Nolan.
Ms. Sheehan is proud to be part of an amazing new school that is soon to be filled with laughter and love. She strives to create a ‘home away from home' atmosphere for every child that enters through the school doors.
We are pleased to announce the addition of Jillian Espinola to The Primrose School of Burlington teaching faculty. Miss Espinola has previously worked at a Primrose School in Minnesota and has recently returned to her home town of Andover.
Miss Espinola has a CDA teaching credential and she has been through the extensive training program provided by Primrose Schools. She has considerable experience teaching young children.
Miss Espinola played varsity soccer, hockey and softball for four years in high school.

Mrs. Peaches Rocheford has twelve years of experience in office administration. She started her career as an executive assistant on the trading desk in Boston and has grown into an exciting role as the customer service and marketing administrator at Primrose. Mrs. Rocheford earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Plymouth State College. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her twin daughters and husband, practicing yoga, outdoor adventures and travel.
Ms. Mallorie Cella has a Bachelor’s of Science in education with a Bachelor’s of Art in sociology and a minor in early childhood education from Salem State University. She has been teaching for six years and has spent most of her experience working with the infant/toddler age group as well as experience teaching children up to kindergarten age. Ms. Cella’s favorite activities to do with the infant age group is encouraging the children to explore their senses and learn in a more creative way. In her free time Ms. Cella loves to go shopping, cooking, trying new restaurants and doing things outside.
Ms. Rachel Arena has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Child, Youth and Community Education with a concentration in Early Care and Education. She has worked with children for the past four years and has experience with infants, toddlers and preschool age children. Ms. Arena’s favorite activities to do with infants are art and sensory activities. In her free time Ms. Arena enjoys watching and playing sports and spending time outdoors.
Mrs. Kathy Berkowitz has previously worked as a pediatric nurse and developmental specialist in an early intervention program; working with young children ages 1 month to 3 years and their families. She has a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Boston College and a Masters Degree in Education. She has worked for over 30 years in the fields of pediatric nursing and early intervention including leading weekly home visits, parent-baby groups, and toddler groups.
She is most excited about working at Primrose for the daily opportunity to be part of a team of enthusiastic professionals who partner with parents in providing a great environment that encourages each child's curiosity and sense of wonder in their world.
Ms. Francesca Costabile has been professionally working with children for nine years now. She started her work with children as an infant teacher. She has held the role of Teacher and Infant Program Coordinator where she supervised three infant rooms. She decided to go back to school and nanny; which she has been doing for several years now. She had the opportunity to work with wonderful families and furthering their children's education. She has an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and is finishing her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from Salem State University. Her ultimate goal is to become a kindergarten teacher. Francesca is looking foward to working at Primrose School of Burlington. Ms. Costabile looks forward to fostering bonds with the children and their families in the Primrose School.
Ms. Maura Gildea is currently attending Middlesex Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. She has been working with children for over six years and has experience with many different ages of children. She is enthusiastic about teaching and guiding children as they grow. Her personal belief is to form a bond with each child and family to promote a positive experience. Some of her favorite activities include keeping active, traveling, experiencing new things and being around friends and family.
Ms. Ruth Mingo is a certified teacher with infants through preschool. She has taught and assisted at another preschool in the area. Ms. Mingo has a working knowledge of learning disabilities, her daughter has special needs. She also is a coach for Special Olympics of MA, the Billerica Recreation Department. She also holds other certifications such as a pharmacy technician for the state of MA, and a medical assistant from Shawsheen Valley Vocational Technical High School. Ms. Mingo also is a breast cancer survivor having been diagnosed in 2010. She is married to husband John, they have two daughters, Katelyn and Courtney and reside in Billerica.
Ms. Samantha DeVitto is currently attending Middlesex Community College pursuing a degree in nursing. Ms. DeVitto has been in a daycare setting for 2 years. She worked with the infant and toddler classrooms. Ms. DeVitto is very excited to work at Primrose School of Burlington. In her spare time she enjoys playing hockey and attending Bruins games.
Ms. Kristen Aufiero recently joined the Primrose team working in the toddler room. She has several years of babysitting experience with children of various ages. She also spent four summers working with children ages six through twelve as a camp counselor through Billerica Recreation department. Ms. Aufiero especially enjoys watching children grow, develop and getting them excited about learning new things. She loves doing arts and crafts projects with kids. She in the process of finishing an Associate’s Degree at Middlesex Community College in liberal arts and working on a degree in elementary education. In Ms. Aufiero spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Ms. Brenna Curren has previously worked at Northeast Arc in their Building Blocks Program as a provider working with children on the autistic spectrum. She has been a nanny and she has worked in a child care program. Brenna has a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Salem State College. What she enjoys most about working with children is watching them learn and grow. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as taking the family dog for walks.
Ms. Lindsay Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Suffolk University. She has experience working with children as a nanny, in a day care setting and various schools. She has always enjoyed working with children and helping them to accomplish their goals. In Ms. Scott’s spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her friends and family.
Ms. Rindlisbacher has 6 years’ experience working in the childcare industry working with all ages from infant to Pre-Kindergarten. She has an associate’s degree in business management from Middlesex Community College. She is very excited to be joining the primrose team and getting to know each child and family. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and 2 dogs.
Ms. Barrineau has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in early childhood education. Ms. Barrineau has extensive experience working with children of all ages, infancy through elementary. She has always loved teaching children and has been working in the childcare field for over seven years. In her spare time she loves being with her dog, working out and of course quality time with family and friends. Ms. Barrineau is excited to be a part of the Primrose team in Burlington and to teach your child.
Ms. Burnham recently graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a double minor in Psychology and Political Science. She began working with children five years ago teaching dance to preschool and kindergarten aged children. She worked for community teamwork for a year as a group leader for their after school program. She joined the Primrose team in July of 2014 and loves working with children of all ages. Ms. Burnham spends her free time coaching a cheerleading team in Billerica and spending time with her family and friends.
Ms. Sussman received her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from UMass-North Dartmouth. She also took courses at Middlesex Community College to become a certified Early Childhood Educator. Ms. Sussman has two children ages 15 and 12. Being a parent and teacher, she has found the right balance to be the best teacher she can be. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, playing with animals, exercising and spending quality time with her friends.
Ms. Lauren Abreu has received her Bachelor of Art in psychology and elementary education from Northeastern University. She enjoys working with children of all ages but has a special love for early childhood education. Ms. Abreu hopes to soon return to school for her Master’s in early childhood education. Her main goal is to bring happiness to each student every day. Mrs. Abreu enjoys spending her free time with her husband and children. Her weekends are usually spent outdoors watching her kids play sports, hiking or just relaxing at the park.
Ms. Shana Teles has a B.A. in Educational Psychology with a minor in Early Childhood Education. Her goal is to obtain her B.A. in Early Child Education. Ms. Teles has been surrounded by children her whole life which started her love for working with children. What she loves most about working with children is their excitement and pure joy in learning something new. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son and fiance. She also likes to read, and do arts and crafts.
Ms. Lori Reposa has over six years of experience working with kids of all different age groups. She has her Associates Degree from Middlesex Community College in early childhood education. Ms. Reposa currently attends Fitchburg State University. She is very excited to be working in the Pre-K classroom with Ms. Teles and Ms. Norden. Lori enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Ms. Nabila Khalifa has previously worked at another school as a lead discovery preschool teacher. Ms. Khalifa is currently attending Middlesex Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. She has a passion for working with children to help develop and discover their highest potential. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Ms. Khalifa is very excited to be here at the Primrose School of Burlington.
