We are so proud to announce the selection of Ms. Cloud as the Apple of Our Eye! "I’ve been with Primrose School of Kelliwood for 2 years. I love working in the Pre-school classroom because the children in there are very entertaining and they are very “busy!” The best part of my day here at Primrose is when we do our Thumbs-Up Activity outside. I love seeing the kids interact with one another when they are playing games. My favorite Primrose Friend is Molly the Cow, because she likes Math and I do too! I believe that children learn best when they are actively involved in activities." |

Ms. Dana Terry
Director
Dana Terry is our Director at Primrose School of Kelliwood. Prior to joining Primrose, she taught preschool at a private church school in Houston. She advanced to Assistant Director and eventually Interim Director. She holds a degree in Child Development from Texas Southern University and has her Director's Certification from the State of Texas. |

Mrs. Anne Emery
Operations Director
Mrs. Emery holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Oregon State University. She has over 15 years of experience in this field, six of them with Primrose. Mrs. Emery will oversee the implementation of daily operations and educational programming on the campus.

Mrs. Cookie McFarland
Director of Curriculum and Instruction
Mrs. McFarland is the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for the Infant, Toddler, Early Preschool and Preschool classes. She holds an Associate's Degree in Child Development, has her Texas Director Certification and has over eighteen years experience in Early Childhood Education.

Professional Staff
Our schools have received a number of awards in the community such as: "Best Childcare in Katy" and "Cleanest Facility in Katy." While we are proud of all of our awards, we also realize it is our teaching staff that has helped us earn these awards and have helped us maintain our outstanding reputation in the community for the last ten years!

Teachers
Our lead teachers are degreed or hold their credentials in Early Childhood Education. All of our staff are CPR, First Aid, and SIDS trained. We also emphasize ongoing education and require 20 hours of educational workshop hours annually. Our experienced teachers have an average of over seven years tenure at Primrose School of Kelliwood.

Kitchen
We have an on-site kitchen where we prepare our food fresh every day. We are pleased to offer several menu options, which include a vegetarian option and accommodations for diet restrictions. We strictly adhere to a wide variety of extensive food allergies. We also insure that our menu provides fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains.

Facilities
Our extended staff includes a facilities manager, who maintains our high quality facility. Our facility is cleaned and sanitized nightly by a professional cleaning crew.
