Partnering with You
Teachers prepare daily reports so you will know what your child’s day was like at Primrose. You will receive weekly and monthly parent newsletters that let you know what’s happening in y our child’s class along with suggestions for “Home Fun” activities that you can do with your child that will extend and reinforce classroom learning.

Balanced Learning^® for Early Preschool
Our comprehensive AdvancED (SACS CASI and NCA CASI) accredited Balanced Learning Early Preschool I & II programs and curriculum are designed to enhance the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of each child through activities that focus multiple areas that include:

Daily Adventure in Learning and Fun!
Each week, teachers create lesson plans that reflect a balance of child initiated and teacher guided activities for the children to learn—art projects, blocks, toys, and dramatic play. Children learn to cooperate as a group by participating in Circle Time, Rhythm & Notes (Music), Thumbs Up!^® (Physical Fitness), and Og’s Story Time, using the Primrose Literature Kit and the many other classroom books for Early Preschool.  Teachers facilitate small group sessions to give children opportunities to participate in art and hands-on science activities.

Encouraging Individual Growth and Development
Young children mature and develop skills at different rates. With this in mind, Primrose Early Preschool teachers track each child’s progress throughout the year.
