Friends and Fun…and Homework’s Done
As
noted in the U.S. Department of Education, Guidelines for the 21st
Century Learning Centers Program (1998), “An optimum
after-school program provides cultural enrichment, recreation and
lifelong learning activities.” At Primrose, our Explorers
Club experience does just that and so much more.
A Philosophy of Balance
Each
month, Explorers plan and produce plays, participate in games, and
engage in activities that help to encourage creativity and develop
friendships to end the day on balance. The Homework Help Program
extends this balance to the home by providing more time for you and
your child to relax together.
The Place to Be Cool After School
In
our Explorers Club, teachers provide students with plenty of time for
creative expression, sports, drama, technology, and fun, while still
making time for club members to do homework. Explorers can become
artists, actors, musicians, and more in our fun Explorers Club
atmosphere.
The Explorers Club offers
school-age children a balance of homework help, creative activities,
and plenty of fun with friends…it’s the place to be
cool after school!
